Description

Ready to take your career to the next level? The National Security Sector at Leidos is looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Compliance Manager to join our team at Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada. This is your opportunity to serve as the strategic hub for ISR production requirements—streamlining tasking methods, consolidating operations, and driving intelligence solutions that make a real impact.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Act as the ISR focal point, managing a variety of intelligence production taskings across multiple channels (email, phone, COLISEUM, etc.).
  • Fuse and streamline taskings for effective dissemination to subordinate units—ensuring efficient production schedules that align with consumer needs.
  • Oversee and refine high-level intelligence operations, delivering insightful reports, briefings, and statistical analysis to leadership.
  • Apply independent judgment to evaluate requests for information, balancing accuracy with the urgency of mission objectives.
  • Guide senior leadership on fused intelligence production, integrating and analyzing complex datasets to provide actionable insights.
  • Research and propose cutting-edge intelligence processing techniques, ensuring the organization stays ahead in a dynamic ISR landscape.
  • Monitor and assess the Group’s ISR operations, providing critical updates to commanders and senior leadership.
  • Maintain awareness of major ongoing intelligence production efforts while tracking customer feedback and refining outreach strategies.

What You Bring to the Table

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent ISR experience).
  • 4+ years of ISR experience with the U.S. Department of Defense or other U.S. government agencies.
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance.
  • Deep understanding of national intelligence community operations, DoD structures, intelligence production processes, and analytical methods.
  • Expertise in advanced operational principles, database analysis, and intelligence dissemination methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Foreign Disclosure policies, analytical tradecraft standards, and compliance regulations.
  • Experience with Training and Standardization, OSINT, Information Warfare, Partnership Development, and Compliance fulfillment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written—able to craft concise reports and deliver briefings to senior leadership.
  • Ability to multitask and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset, capable of working independently with minimal oversight.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior collaborative intelligence experience within the U.S. Air Force or broader U.S. intelligence community.
  • Expertise in crafting analytical intelligence products, ensuring compliance with ICD 203 and 206 standards.
  • Previous experience in intelligence operations, RFI generation, and intelligence production development.

This role isn’t just about analyzing intelligence—it’s about shaping it, refining it, and making it actionable for decision-makers at the highest levels. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, have a passion for precision intelligence, and are ready to drive results, we want to hear from you!
