Core4ce has an opportunity with a mission critical IC Sponsor for a Python Developer position. This Sponsor organization plays a significant role in the highly optimized mission-ready data conditioning and delivery systems in support of mission analytics. A Full-Scope polygraph is required, no exceptions.

Responsibilities

The Python Developer will collaborate with a team to build and integrate data processing applications, working with existing systems and open-source tools. They must understand the software development lifecycle, contribute to agile processes by translating requirements into user stories, and include automated tests in CI/CD pipelines. Key skills include cloud deployment, parallel processing, large-scale data handling with PySpark, and optimizing Python code for containerized environments. This role involves collaborating with technical leads to turn requirements into user stories, developing Python-based web APIs for cloud-native applications, and contributing to Agile software delivery. It emphasizes automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and integrating Python code into Docker containers within a distributed architecture.
