1/ Main Tasks:

Support the customer-facing organization (Key Account/ Field Sales/ TeleSales and Trade Lane Teams) by: 

  • Prepare promotional presentations, business reviews 
  • Prepare quotations and contracts (including rate proposals and proposal writing) 
  • Support the customer planning and implementation process 
  • Provide customer information, supporting the identification and qualification of Sales Leads 
  • Support the customer contact by preparing customer documents
  • Prepare Sales reports e.g. Sales Index reports, including revenue development, churn rates, hit rates, pipeline size, etc. by customers
  • Analyze Sales Index



2/ Requirements:

  • COMPULSORY: Student (NOT fresh graduated and still be student for at least 4 months) who can work full-time from Monday to Friday for 6 months, 1-2 off-sessions per week for the study is acceptable
  • Ability to work effectively, independently and in a Team environment
  • Good administrative skills, results-driven driven and detail-oriented
  • Can-do attitude, hard-working and enthusiastic
  • Experience with MS Office e.g. Outlook, PowerPoint; experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools preferred
  • Background with Business Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management and/or Marketing
  • Good at English skills (both speaking & writing)
