Your Role will be:
Lead medium to large-scale projects using DHL’s proven project management methodologies, ensuring successful delivery aligned with our Business Case.
Oversee planning, control, and status reporting to meet project goals within agreed timelines, budgets, and resources.
Tackle challenges head-on by managing project issues, changes, and risks, driving resolutions for optimal outcomes.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, tailoring your messaging to ensure clarity and engagement.
Maintain project documentation to the highest standards, ensuring it is up-to-date and accessible.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to maximize business benefits and implement continuous improvement strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
A minimum of 4 years’ practical experience in logistics (project management experience is a plus).
A willingness to travel and manage multiple projects in an international setting.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with fluency in Hungarian and English.
Proficiency in MS Office 365 / MS Teams, with MS Project knowledge being an advantage.
A target-oriented mindset with strong planning capabilities.
A valid Group B driver’s license.
