As a Senior Superuser Graduate at DHL Supply Chain Hungary, you’ll develop very fast to being an expert!
You will spend 24 months with learning about the warehouse management field in logistics from the beginning to the end. You will have the chance to see how a supply chain project starts, builds up, grows, and develops from a wide perspective. Your rotation plan throughout our organisation is already available. You will work closely with our Admins, Stock controllers, Team Leaders and, of course, the Superuser Team!
Key Responsibilities:
• Gain in-depth knowledge of SAP modules related to warehouse operations and processes
• Shadow different operational roles to understand ongoing processes
• Advise on projects aimed at improving warehouse processes, focusing on increasing efficiency and productivity
• Analyze and resolve complex errors within the WMS, providing recommendations for improvements.
• Collaborate with warehouse operations teams and the client to inisiate improvements of the warehouse's WMS.
• Support and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
Requirements:
• Bachelor/Masters/Higher school-finished with degree-not later than 1 year or student before finishing the studies
• Base knowledge of WMS and interest in Supply Chain management – Advantage
• Hungarian and English language intermediate level (B2)
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, willingness to improve in people management
• Excellent communicational and organizational skills
• Eager to develop career, willingness to work in shifts
