Job Summary

Our Telesales Executives are results-oriented sales professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment. They leverage exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to convert inbound leads and close sales via phone and other digital channels. By actively listening to client needs and presenting customized logistics solutions, Telesales Executives play a vital role in driving DHL Express' sales growth and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Tasks

· Identify and qualify potential customers through phone and digital channels, then leverage communication skills to present solutions and close deals.

· Build rapport with existing and potential clients, actively listen to their needs, and foster long-term trust.

· Utilize knowledge of the company's offerings to tailor logistics solutions that address specific customer challenges.

· Exceed sales targets through effective communication, negotiation, and proactive follow-up with leads.

· Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and exceeding expectations.

· Work effectively with departments like Operations and Customer Service to deliver seamless service for all clients.

· Remain knowledgeable about market conditions and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities and adapt strategies as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Minimum two (2) years’ experience in sales or similar role
  • Proficiency in computer literacy, i.e., MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and databases.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a consultant/advisory role and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
  • Ability to prioritize, manage, and complete projects with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, motivational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong business/commercial acumen, achievement driven, and ability to win trust, negotiate, and qualify & close business.
