HR Assistant (8-month Contract) - Military veterans preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and attracting talents for various open roles.
• Conduct CV sourcing, initial screenings, and coordinate interviews.
• Keep applicant tracking system updated and organized.
• Organize and coordinate employer branding events, job fairs, Management Trainee program.
• Prepare and support the onboarding experience for new hires.
• Design communication materials (banners, presentations, backdrops, etc.) for employer branding activities and HR projects.
• Provide additional support for talent acquisition & HR tasks.
• Support company events, employee engagement activities
• Other tasks assigned by line manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1+ year of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or other HR functions
• Proficient with Canva, video editing tools is an advantage
• Fluent in English
• Detail-oriented, can-do attitude, strong desire to learn and grow in the HR field.
