We are seeking a talented and energetic candidate to work with the best and brightest employees around the country in creating innovative all-encompassing solutions for our programs. Primary Responsibilities:
Perform all necessary functions for project coordination for COMSEC related documentation and activities.
Maintain a document repository in the designated system of record.
Develop, update, and maintain COMSEC related templates for Key Management Plans, Key Specifications, security plans, and other associated documents.
Provide guidance and instruction, as required, on development, management, and use of Key Management Plans, Key Specifications, and security plans.
Track, maintain, and provide status updates to the Government stakeholder offices of all open work.
Coordinate and lead meetings and discussions that include Government stakeholders and International partners. This includes providing advance agendas, distributing documentation, and documenting the results of meetings as well as following up on action items.
Provide COMSEC requirements guidance to personnel involved with the associated programs.
Provide feedback on COMSEC related documentation and integrate team review comments.
Coordinate with Export Control personnel, as required.
Coordinate with the COMSEC Service Authority (CSA) and other related offices for COMSEC security related guidance.
Maintain a thorough understanding of all COMSEC policy procedures, and doctrine.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
8+ years of experience in a business area related to projects and/or IT Operations.
Basic knowledge of COMSEC and related practices.
Experience with documentation and documentation controls.
Strong customer relationship skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications in relevant areas (e.g., COMSEC, Project Management, ITIL).
