SALARY: 

 

$20.00 - $22.75 per hour. This position is a part-time position, approximately 16-20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Provide part-time administrative support for the tracks and electives on both the Utah and Colorado campuses.
  • Assist the Department Chair, Vice-Chair and Coordinators of Tracks and Special Programs as needed.
  • Answer emails, order meals for events, and schedule appointments as requested.
  • Assist in scheduling classrooms, labs, and department events as needed.
  • Assist in ordering supplies for the department and the individual tracks and electives as needed.
  • Assist Track Coordinators and Directors with posting course content, creating and maintaining syllabi, setting up and running labs or special events, completing course evaluations and surveys, or other assistance with the courses as needed.
  • Schedule, attend, and take minutes for assigned meetings.
  • Assist in the Global Medical Outreach and Independent International trip applications, enrollment and credentialing process as directed by the Department Chair, Vice Chair or Coordinators.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Department Chair of Tracks, Vice Chair or Coordinators.
