Position Description: 

Motus is looking for a Demand Generation Manager to drive awareness, engagement and pipeline for our key target markets. Were in search of a high-performer who is passionate about driving ROI through integrated, end-to-end marketing programs.  

As the Demand Generation Manager, youll be responsible for thinking through a variety of marketing approaches including paid search, paid social, content syndication, display advertising, etc. in order to determine the right media mix for Motus to reach our target buyers. You will define the strategy, align and collaborate with our internal partners and then execute, measure and optimize. And of course, youll work closely with the sales team to ensure the high-value leads you generate progress through the sales funnel, ultimately driving our pipeline and bookings goals. 

Position Duties: 

  • Define demand generation strategy and approaches, in close collaboration with partners across the go-to-market teams.
  • Lead the design, execution, and implementation of demand generation campaigns that increase engagement and opportunity creation within target market segments
  • Manage and monitor the flow of leads from marketing to sales in partnership with marketing operations.
  • Manage legal process for new marketing program contracts
  • Plan budget and conduct ongoing budget reconciliations; monitor spend and suggest areas of improvement/investment.  
  • Own campaign creation and launch with Marketing Ops ensure proper campaign scoring, QA and reporting  
  • Lead and optimize our external marketing agencies as an extension of our internal team
  • Partner with the sales team to define and implement processes for MQL follow-up
  • Work with marketing operations to measure and report on performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals  
  • Identify trends and insights from our data, and then optimize spend and performance based on your findings
  • Partner with our Account Management and Customer Success teams to support expansion initiatives. 

Desired Skills & Experience: 

  • Bachelors Degree preferably in Marketing or a related discipline, MBA a plus
  • 4-6 years of marketing experience in demand generation, paid digital marketing, or integrated campaign development
  • Hands-on experience running a variety of demand generation approaches and channels; deep expertise in digital/paid advertising
  • Experience with enterprise technology products a plus!  
  • Data-driven and analytical approach to making business decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills: the ability to speak clearly and knowledgeably to a diverse range of audiences 

Where required by law, Motus provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The pay range for this role is $112,000 - $130,000. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidates relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short-and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally required benefits.
