SEACORP is seeking a well-qualified Engineering Technician V.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Job Summary: SEACORP is looking for an Engineering Technician V for the Hardware Solutions Business Area. The Engineering Technician will be responsiblefor the build, integration and test of hardware and software capabilities forElectronic Warfare Systems.
Duties include requirements and design/drawingreview, component build/test/Quality Assurance (QA), and system integration andtest. Lead/Mentor junior technicians in the execution of their job duties Experience in the Electronic Warfare domaindesired.
Qualifications:
Education: High school/vocational school diploma or GEDcertificate.
Experience: Fifteen (15) years of full-timeprofessional experience working as an Engineering Technician in providingtechnical support related to the design, development, production, or testing ofshipboard systems.
Ten(10) years full-time hands-on experience in installation, troubleshooting,repairing, and/or testing of any one major shipboard system/equipment. Thedesired full-time experience precludes concurrent experience on more than onesystem/equipment unless they are all equivalent in complexity and maintenancephilosophy.
TopSecret/SCI personnel must be certified in Security+ at a minimum and certifiedSYSADMIN in one, or more of the following Operating Systems:
Clearance: TS/SCI
As a requirement of employment, all SEACORP employees must hold U.S. Citizenship

Work Environment & Physical Demands: Office & Computer Laboratories - This positions requires the following physical activities: Sitting, standing, extended periods of time using a mouse and keyboard and looking at computer screens. Infrequent lifting of <40lbs. Movement between points within the same office or between buildings. Work is performed in generally consistent environmental conditions with some seasonality for temperature differences and lighting.
