Responsibilities

Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (Hexagon, ALI) is seeking an to add an energetic, detailed-oriented, individual to our professional and fast-paced team environment. The duties of an Order Management Associate will include processing global sales orders, managing assets and license generation requests. The individual will perform order administration tasks for sales orders through Salesforce CPQ and Dynamics GP. This includes, but is not limited to the following:
• Creating and processing quotes and orders submitted by partner/sales team in Salesforce CPQ and Dynamics GP
• Processing and managing software licenses/keys and assets
• Review purchase orders and other documents for adherence to Hexagon ALI policies and procedures
• Review legal agreements for direction to deliver / administer
• Professionally communicate with internal and external customers to identify and resolve and/or escalate issues
• Performs other duties as required for the success of the department
• Able to prioritize tasks and work in multiple business systems to complete requests
• Must be available to work flexible and/or extended hours at month-end

There is significant interface with both internal and external customers, therefore effective communication skills are required. A high degree of self-direction and decision-making is expected as well as the ability to be a cooperative and productive team member.

Education / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and mid-level experience is required. Related job experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Good communication and analytical skills required
• Customer service experience desired
• Technology savvy: ability to quickly grasp new software functionality and processes
• Salesforce CPQ or Apttus experience is a plus
• Preferably located within a 50 mile radius of Huntsville, AL
