What You Will Do: As an Engineering Technician, you will 

• Prepare and revise 2D and 3D technical drawings, plan sets, models, and graphics for Municipal, Water, and Wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Assist in design, quantity calculations, and preparation of plan sheets. 
• Provide work direction to and collaborate with Engineering Technicians, Engineers in Training, Project Managers, and other professional staff within and outside of WSB.
• Assist in fieldwork for water treatment piloting and construction observation on an as-needed basis.

What You Will Bring: The successful candidate must have: 

• Associate degree in Civil Engineering Technology or a similar degree from an accredited school and 1+ years of experience in municipal, water, wastewater, or related fields. 
• You will have the ability to prepare, read, and understand construction plans and technical documents and have a functional understanding of design software packages, specifically Autodesk Civil 3D, Autodesk AutoCAD, and Autodesk Revit. 
• Candidates must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record. 
• Candidates must possess basic proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and project management intuition will allow you to excel in this position. 
• Additional experience with Autodesk Infraworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud, ArcGIS, Map 3D, & Bentley Products is a plus, but not required.
