• Experience in contract management, supplier diversity, vendor management, procurement processes/methods/tools/systems, compliance monitoring, knowledge management and performance management in Procurement. Specific knowledge/experience in Oracle, AP Genius (NetSuite), ICIMS, Supplier.io, and ServiceNow preferred.
• Drive vendor onboarding and maintenance processes, ensuring accuracy, policy compliance, and timely setup in systems like Oracle, AP Genius (NetSuite), ServiceNow, Supplier.io, and ICIMS.
• Able to build and maintain relationships, whilst operating and influencing successfully at different levels of organization, across all business functions and to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Act as a subject matter expert in contract compliance, procurement workflows, and supplier governance, advising stakeholders with confidence.
• Support the enterprise to conceive, develop, and deliver techniques, practices, and procedures for contract formation and administration in a manner that best protects company interests, ensuring alignment with diversity and company objectives.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex contract strategies and supplier diversity initiatives to internal stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a forward-thinking approach to continuous improvement in contract management, supplier diversity, and procurement processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Law, or related field.
• 3+ years of full-time experience in vendor management, contract administration, or procurement in a mid- to large-sized organization.
• Proven experience reviewing contract terms, including legal and business language.
• Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with Legal, IT, Finance, and/or Procurement teams.
• Experience managing multiple systems such as Oracle, Icertis, NetSuite, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise platforms.
• Proficiency in Excel and building reporting tools to support supplier KPIs and diverse spend metrics.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to brief executives and manage sensitive stakeholder relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in vendor governance for hardware/software, professional services, and renewals.
• Knowledge of requisition and procurement policies and procedures
• Familiarity with Supplier Diversity tracking and program development.
