The Terminal Manager II is a key operations link between the organization and both drivers and customers. The Terminal Manager II oversees multiple departments (Feed/Live Haul/Poult) for the assigned location and/or is responsible for additional complex customer required responsibilities outside of the normal scope of a Terminal Manager. The Terminal Manager II will work to continually improve processes that result in opportunities for growth and reduce customer costs as well as overseeing Department Managers/ Dispatchers (where applicable). The Terminal Manager is a coach/mentor a group of experienced drivers and will achieve specific customer service and key company goals by coordinating and communication with the customer all related fleet activity to maximize utilization of drivers and company assets.

Covenant’s compensation philosophy’s intent is to use a competitive total compensation strategy to determine the current market value of a position while also considering individual factors such as performance in current position, time in seat of current position, experience, level of responsibility/accountability, and longevity with the company. The system will be objective and non-discriminatory.
Pay Range: $64,534.65-$101,269.75
Pay Grade: 10
