Responsibilities

This is a fully remote / work from home oppportunity - preference is for candidates based in Central or Eastern Time Zones.

The Inside Sales Growth Representative is a key role responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive engagement with existing and prospective customers. This role focuses on outbound prospecting, nurturing leads, and developing relationships within a designated list of accounts with significant growth potential. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage in outbound prospecting to identify, qualify, and nurture leads within assigned accounts, focusing on growth opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored strategies for growing revenue within assigned accounts
  • Conduct in-depth research on prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and potential areas for value creation
  • Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective clients, effectively communicating value propositions and addressing objections
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and customer interactions in the company’s CRM system
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product or service improvements
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and customer success, to align efforts and ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to overall company objectives
  • Represent the company professionally in all interactions, ensuring a customer-centric approach in every engagement
  • Provide feedback and insights to sales leadership regarding customer needs, market trends, and areas for process improvement
  • Participate in regular training and development initiatives to stay current with industry trends and enhance selling skills
  • Additional job duties as assigned

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, sales tools, and technology platforms; experience with platforms like Salesforce is a plus
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and apply insights to strategy
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for achieving measurable results
  • Adaptability and a willingness to embrace change in a fast-paced sales environment
