ABOUT THE ROLE
The Attorney Engagement & Inclusion Coordinator tracks and assists with initiatives and programs designed to support onboarding, community building and workplace engagement for all our attorneys.
Schedule all meetings for the Women’s Initiatives Network (WIN) meetings. Source, vet, and communicate with external speakers and internal stakeholders to execute events.
Coordinate logistics of all WIN sponsored events including overseeing required paperwork for speaker agencies, managing requests sent to the Creative team, circulating invites, liaising with IT and marketing teams, preparing surveys, ordering related materials, and circulating recordings.
Provide administrative support in preparation for firmwide Partner Meetings, including coordinating meetings with co-chairs, liaising with Events team, coordinating communications, and liaising with external speakers.
Serve as primary point of contact for all inquiries related to Women Affinity Groups in each office, including providing support, ideas, and guidance for each of the groups’ co-chairs.
Provide administrative support for professional development sponsorships, including tracking attorney participation and budget.
Update and keep current content on MoFo Connect intranet.
Support 3-4 affinity networks including scheduling assistance, budget tracking, and coordinating logistics for network events.
Support the New Partner Liaison program, including updating and maintaining tracking documents and template, coordinating outreach, and other program-related tasks.
Assist with general administrative support, scheduling meetings, document management, and maintaining internal resources.
ABOUT YOU
Bachelor’s degree plus 2+ years of recruiting, admissions, inclusion, or professional development experience in a law or professional services firm, an institution of higher education, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Law firm/school experience preferred.
Strong proficiency with virtual meeting apps including Zoom and Microsoft Office programs, including Teams, Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
Familiarity with Human Resources systems, Applicant Tracking systems, timekeeping systems, and relational databases preferred. (Workday, iCIMS, Intapp, Salesforce, etc.)
High client service ethic and a proven record in delivering exemplary client satisfaction to external and internal client constituencies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with individuals at all levels within and outside the firm.
Excellent writing skills, ability to present complex ideas succinctly and clearly.
Strong interactive skills and the ability to succeed in a teamwork environment demonstrating reliability, dependability and flexibility is essential.
Strong sense of accountability, taking ownership over projects and responsibilities and resolving issues proactively.
Ability to prepare accurate, highly detailed work product.
Ability to assess information, anticipate issues and outcomes, and make effective decisions.
Ability to organize time, prioritize workload effectively, and work independently.

Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus, overtime as applicable, health/welfare benefits, retirement contributions, paid holidays, and PTO. The range displayed is specifically for positions performed in those cities/states and may vary based on factors including but not limited to the following: local market data and ranges; an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience; and certain degrees, licensing, and certifications.
New York, San Francisco salary range: $63k to $88k
Boston, Washington, D.C. salary range: $60k to $84k
