We’re searching for a Carmel-based Software Developer to join our PolicyStat team, so that we can continue building intuitive, reliable tools that support critical policy and document management workflows in healthcare. The Software Developer will contribute to the development and enhancement of our PolicyStat platform, helping deliver safe and efficient solutions that improve healthcare operations across the globe.

How You’ll Spend Your Time
· Develop React components and styled systems to improve the user interface and overall experience
· Write and maintain Python (Django) code to deliver high-quality backend services
· Use Docker and MySQL to support scalable, secure, and testable development workflows
· Collaborate in an Agile squad to prioritize and deliver incremental product improvements
· Troubleshoot, debug, and deploy code to ensure performance and reliability across features

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having
· At least 5 years of professional experience in software development, ideally in a full-stack environment
· Proven success in delivering production-grade code using Python and React
· In-depth knowledge of Django, modern React libraries (e.g., styled components), and software development best practices
· Ability to commute to our Carmel, IN office 4 days a week during the initial onboarding period (approximately 3 months)
· Sincere interest in building healthcare technology that positively impacts patient safety
· A knack for working collaboratively in a fast-paced Agile environment with cross-functional teams
