Senior Software Developer | Global Research & Development | Salt Lake City, UT | In-Office (5 days/week)

We’re searching for a Salt Lake City-based Senior Software Developer to join our Global Research & Development team, so that we can enhance and expand our Provider Management (Credentialing and Payer Enrollment) platform. The Senior Software Developer will design, build, and lead the development of high-quality, scalable solutions to support RLDatix’s mission of delivering safer healthcare through innovative, secure, and accessible software.
How You’ll Spend Your Time
· Designing and architecting full-stack solutions in .NET Core and C# to meet long-term business and user needs
· Building automation pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions in order to streamline deployment and development workflows
· Collaborating with QA, product owners, and engineering managers to ensure secure, compliant, and scalable delivery of software
· Leading and mentoring team members to uphold high engineering standards and support technical growth
· Troubleshooting and modernizing legacy codebases to ensure performance, usability, and forward-facing compatibility
What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having
· 5+ years of experience as a professional software developer
· Proven success in designing scalable systems and contributing to architectural decisions
· In-depth knowledge of secure coding practices, cloud infrastructure, and accessibility compliance
· Ability to commute to Salt Lake City office 5 days a week
· Sincere interest in improving patient safety through smarter, more secure healthcare technology
· A knack for working collaboratively within an Agile, cross-functional product development environment
