Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Human Resources Intern, to support business units across all company divisions.

Summary: Reporting to and under the general supervision of the Human Resources Manager, the Human Resources Intern will be primarily responsible for supporting HR Analytics and reporting requirements in support of internal company initiatives.  The Intern will also responsible for supporting a broad range of Human Resources tasks including; policies and programs such as employee relations, new hire orientation, reporting and administration related to HRIS and payroll, and contribute to HR projects and initiatives. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking to explore a career in Human Resources and develop foundational skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for collecting and performing statistical analysis, of HR-related data to support decision-making and improve HR processes.

  • Assist with providing insights on workforce trends, employee metrics, and HR program effectiveness.

  • Assist in conducting new hire orientations; onboarding paperwork, creating new hire folders, employee badges, I9, and E-Verify

  • Assist in organizing and filing HR documents such as offer letters, employment verifications, and performance evaluations.

  • Ensure compliance with data protection laws and confidentiality policies.

  • Support HR in resignations, checkout procedures, and exit paperwork

  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be working towards a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Intelligence/Analytics or related field.

  • Up to one (0-1) years’ work-related experience including experience in Human Resources.

  • Completed coursework in statistical analysis and data modeling.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize duties.

  • Must have excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills including assertive communication skills.

  • Outstanding customer service skills.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Proactive, self-motivated and eager to learn.

Pay Range:

The pay range for this role is $25.00 per hour. This is a reasonable estimate for this role. Individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

  • Position requires the ability to hear and communicate clearly, orally and in writing.

  • Uses vision to view screens, create and review documents; requires close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

  • Capable of using a keyboard effectively.

  • Frequently required to sit for long periods of time, stand, walk and may occasionally lift and move at least 25 pounds.

  • Office environment. Must be able to work in a busy, fast-paced environment.
