Ellsworth Corporation, a global, industry leading distributor of specialty chemicals and equipment and adhesive manufacturer currently has an HRIS Manager opportunity at Ellsworth Adhesives. This role reports into our Corporate Headquarter located in Germantown, WI. It is a hybrid or fully remote role for the right talent.

You will lead the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of the HR system and processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance HR practices, improve employee experience, and drive operational efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leads all HRIS projects, including planning, execution, and post-implementation support.
  • Project Planning:?Develops and executes project plans, timelines, and resource allocations for HR system initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Management:?Collaborates with HR, IT, and other business units to identify requirements and translates them into system functionality.
  • Data Migration:?Oversees the accurate and secure transfer of data, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Integration Management:?Manages integrations with other organizational systems, ensuring seamless functionality. Testing and Validation:?Creates and executes comprehensive test plans to validate system functionality and performance.
  • Monitors emerging HR capabilities and best practices to provide informed recommendations that enhance the value of the platform over time.
  • Resolves end-user issues related to system functionality, integrations, reporting, and configuration. Recommends and implements solutions or alternative methods.
  • Other related duties assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience in HRIS program management with significant hands-on Workday experience.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, data analytics, and industry best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience leading Workday implementation(s), configuration, and system enhancement projects. End-to-end project management and change management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college in Human Resources Management or a related field. Other equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
