Security Manager - Military veterans preferred

Responsibilities

• Adapts the global security program to the needs of the respective country organization and directs its implementation by the country management (implementation of DHL Log minimum security standards).


• Exclusive security advisor for country management organization.


• This position and the activities involved are very strongly focused on supply chain security, i.e. meeting the business division’s requirements


• Direct line (supervisory role) to the country’s security nominees. Giving guidance and training of security nominees


• Determine organization structure, roles and responsibility and performance targets for the function. Availability of required skills with excellent understanding of business.


• Develop a culture of quality, service excellence (for internal customers), flexibility and cost consciousness. Optimum utilization of resources

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Security filed


• Experience in Logistics Industry is preferrable


• Good communication both in Thai and English


• Experience in managing the security operations of multi sites


• Willing to work outside of normal office hours and travel when require


• Good interpersonal and communication skills and good business acumen with good analytical skills


• Familiarity with access control, CCTV and Intrusion Detection Alarm System and guard force management
