What we offer
- A full-time position (40 hours per week) in shifts (06:00–15:00 & 15:00–00:00). High season extra shift from 9:00 - 18:00
- Salary: between €2,900 and €3,500 gross per month (growth potential up to €4,350 depending on experience)
- Shift allowance: +30% for hours between 18:00 and 06:00
- Travel allowance
- 8% holiday allowance
- 25 vacation days – with the option to expand up to 39 days (based on full-time employment)

Your role as a Teamleader
As a Teamleader, you're the go-to person on the work floor. You make sure your team performs well, feels valued and continues to develop.
- Monitor operations and align with fellow Teamleaders to keep things running smoothly
- Coach team members on their performance and personal development
- Create a safe, welcoming and supportive working environment
- Conduct performance, absence and development conversations
- Keep workforce planning and time registration up to date
This is you
You’re a natural leader who understands both people and processes. You thrive on collaboration, keep a cool head and always think ahead.
- 2 years experience in a leadership role (preferably in a warehouse or logistics setting)
- Strong analytical skills – confident with systems and reports
- Excellent communication skills in English. Dutch is an advantage
- Reliable – your team knows they can count on you
