Join Leidos as a Strategic Consulting Advisor for USAF ISR Training!

Leidos is offering a dynamic opportunity for a Consulting Advisor to join our DOD Intelligence Ops Portfolio. This role is all about transforming how the USAF approaches ISR training—with your expertise and vision leading the charge.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted advisor to our senior management, sharing your deep insights into USAF technical challenges and requirements.
• Work alongside Portfolio PMO and leadership to assess current training programs, conduct thorough reviews, and pinpoint improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate in the design and development of training courses.
• Serve as an advisor to and member of capture and proposal teams by providing technical subject matter expertise related to USAF ISR training.
• Provide advice and assist in developing solutions for assigned opportunities; managing relationships with partners and corporate staff for proposed solution development; participating in bid agenda development, win theme and discriminator workshops, and proposal reviews.

Basic Qualifications:

• A master’s degree in Intelligence, Military Operations, Education, or a related field, along with 20+ years of USAF intelligence experience.
• Must have a current Top-Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Graduate of the United States Air Force Weapons School
• Demonstrated experience in spearheading intelligence training programs for the Air Force.

Pay Range : $134,550 - $279,450
