About Us:  

Warehouse Direct, the Midwest's largest independently owned business product supplier, seeks a highly capable Marketing Coordinator to serve as our dedicated marketing professional. This role offers a unique opportunity to own the full spectrum of marketing operations while working directly with our CDO. 

Position Overview:  

As the company's dedicated marketing professional, you'll manage all marketing operations while collaborating closely with the CDO. This role combines hands-on execution with strategic input, requiring both creative skills and strong operational capabilities. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Marketing Program Execution (~35%)
    • Execute marketing campaigns in HubSpot Marketing and Sales Enterprise:
      • Create and maintain forms, landing pages, and email templates
      • Process and authorize incoming leads
      • Monitor and respond to marketing email inboxes (Hubspot Help, Inbound Marketing, Outbound Marketing)
      • Maintain lead scoring processes
      • Coordinate data maintenance between ERP and HubSpot
    • Coordinate Cross-Departmental Initiatives:
      • Facilitate monthly meetings with Specialists & Merchandisers
      • Update and maintain product spotlight data between departments
      • Coordinate campaign reviews with Marketing and Sales Management
  • Process marketing requests from various departments
  • Creative & Content Development (~30%)
    • Design and create digital assets using Canva/Adobe Creative Suite:
      • Web banners for websites
      • Sales enablement flyers
      • Whitepapers and presentations
      • Vendor program materials
      • Social media graphics
    • Maintain website content:
      • Update warehousedirect.com in HubSpot
      • Manage shopatwarehousedirect.com non-product pages
      • Update product highlights in proprietary system
  • Campaign & Project Coordination (~20%)
    • Vendor Program Coordination:
      • Monthly table-top coordination
      • Process vendor communications
      • Create program flyers and landing pages
      • Tag and distribute vendor content
    • Campaign Calendar Management:
      • Maintain marketing calendar
  • Coordinate social media calendar
  • Track HubSpot campaign timelines
  • Monitor project deadlines in Wrike
  • Marketing Support & Documentation (~15%)
    • Data Management:
      • Ensure proper and accurate data for Company, Customer, Lead and Deal maintained in Hubspot. Execute scrub tools on new records.
      • Review Invoice Data for Accurate Reporting
      • Maintain User Records in Hubspot
    • Meeting Coordination:
      • Schedule and prepare for marketing meetings
      • Coordinate division and content planning meetings
      • Document and distribute meeting notes
    • Digital Asset Management:
      • Manage system and user accounts
      • Maintain organized file structure
      • Ensure proper tagging of sales enablement materials

 

Required Skills & Experience: 

  • 4-5 years marketing coordination experience
  • Strong proficiency in HubSpot Marketing Enterprise
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Canva
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent project management capabilities
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Experience working autonomously
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities
  • B2B marketing experience preferred

Technical Requirements: 

  • HubSpot Marketing certification required or obtained in first 30 days
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Outlook, and OneNote)
  • Experience with digital asset management systems
  • Understanding of marketing automation principles

Education: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field or experience preferred
  • Relevant marketing certifications a plus
