Under the direction of IT Management, the Systems Administrator will be responsible for hardware and software maintenance and monitoring.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES
SUPERVISION
Position functions semi-autonomously and has no direct reports.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a technical field and 4 years of system administration experience required. 2+ years of experience performing enterprise backup and recovery procedures, designing, and deploying complex systems. 2+ years of experience with Active Directory and Group Policy Management. Experience administering IIS web applications preferred. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS
MCSA certification preferred.
MCSE, RHCE and / or Network+ certifications preferred.
TRAVEL
Periodic travel up to 25% required.
