Overview

Lutron is seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Project Coordinator to join the Learning Management Systems team at our Global Headquarters in Coopersburg PA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the daily operation, configuration, and support of Lutron's Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure seamless delivery of online training and development programs across the organization. You will work closely with instructional designers, the Lighting Control Institute team, IT, and other departments to create an engaging and efficient learning experience for Lutron customers. 



Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the LMS, including user accounts, roles, permissions, and course assignments. 
  • Update LMS design, and functionality.  Keep LMS content and links up to date and accurate. 
  • Collaborate with departments across the organization to ensure LMS needs are met. 
  • Develop and maintain documentation for LMS administration. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. 
  • Upload, test, and manage eLearning content (SCORM, xAPI, videos, PDFs, etc.). 
  • Provide technical support and training to users and stakeholders on LMS functionality and best practices. 
  • Monitor and generate reports on training activity, course completions, user engagement, and compliance. 
  • Collaborate with content creators and instructional designers to ensure optimal delivery and design of training programs. 
  • Customize the LMS interface and settings to reflect organizational branding and structure. 
  • Work closely with Docebo and communicate with stakeholders regarding site updates and issue resolutions. 
  • Stay up to date with the latest learning technologies and trends. 
  • Ensure data accuracy and maintain system integrity and security protocols. 
  • Work closely with the Event Management team and provide support as needed. 


Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferred areas of study: Education, Instructional Design, Information Technology, or Business Administration/Project Management
  • Minimum 3.00 GPA required
  • 2  years of experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS) (e.g., Docebo, Cornerstone, Workday, Blackboard, etc.) preferred 
  • Strong understanding of eLearning standards (SCORM, AICC, xAPI) and content authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe) preferred
  • Must live within commutable distance of Coopersburg PA to accommodate in-office schedule
