Responsibilities

We’re looking for a results-driven, customer-obsessed Product Manager to join our growing team and lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our core QMS platform.

As a Product Manager, you will own the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to drive roadmap execution and ensure alignment with customer and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

? Define and drive the product roadmap for the core QMS platform.

? Gather and prioritize product requirements from customers, internal stakeholders, and market trends.

? Translate customer needs and business goals into clear product specifications and user stories.

? Partner with UX/UI, engineering, and QA teams to deliver high-quality, scalable features on time.

? Conduct competitive analysis and stay up to date on industry regulations and QMS best practices.

? Engage with customers and prospects to validate product decisions and gather feedback.

? Define and analyze metrics to assess product success and iterate accordingly.

? Serve as the product SME (Subject Matter Expert) in internal and external meetings, including sales enablement and training.

? Ensure designs comply with industry standards (e.g., 21 CFR Part 11, ISO 13485, FDA, HIPAA) where applicable.

? Understand emerging technology trends like AI/ML and its impact on User Experience, and new product offerings.

Education / Qualifications

o 3–7 years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software.

o Experience with QMS, compliance-driven solutions, or software in regulated industries (e.g., Life Sciences, MedTech, Pharma, Automobile).

o Very strong understanding of Agile product development processes.

o Excellent communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.

o Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

o Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing competing priorities.

o Bachelor's degree in Enginering required; MBA or technical background a plus.

o Experience building software for regulated environments (e.g., FDA, ISO, GxP).

? Technical & Business Acumen: Ability to translate complex user requirements into customer-centric products with clear business value.

? Stakeholder Management: Strong communication skills to influence and align executives, engineers, product managers.

? Agility & Innovation: Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a strong ability to pivot and adapt to market needs.


• Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO 9001, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, Medwatch, or GxP.

• Prior experience working with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to define product KPIs.

• Experience conducting customer interviews and user testing
