Description:

Martin/Martin, Inc. is looking for an IT Technician to join our IT Department in our Denver, Colorado office. This position performs a variety of duties including, but not limited to, computer troubleshooting in an office environment that includes desktop, portable, and remote devices; all peripheral devices; application and enterprise system support; troubleshooting all computer hardware and software issues; and performing computer repairs, installation, and configuration of standard business software.

EXAMPLES OF RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides timely support
  • Installs, configures, and troubleshoots desktops/laptops, printers, and peripheral devices
  • Re-Images computers and migrates employee data to new equipment
  • Assists with office telephone hardware/software support
  • Monitors service desk incidents and service requests. Verifies issues are handled promptly to user's satisfaction
  • Audio visual setup and support for meetings
  • Creates user accounts in Active Directory
  • Other duties as assigned

WORKING CONDITIONS/SKILLS/ABILITIES

This position is both mental and physical in nature working inside and outside the building completing a wide range of activities The following abilities are required:

  • Walk, kneel, crawl, stoop, bend, and remain stationary
  • Continual repetitive motion (such as using tools, a keyboard, or mouse)
  • Position self in atypical environments and small, confined spaces
  • Identify color
  • Read, communicate, and document in English
  • Determine and exchange accurate information
  • Move or hold equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
Requirements:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Associate degree in Computer Science or related field
