Job Summary
The Patient Financial Services Supervisor helps to support the main responsibilities of the team (including customer service and administrative duties) by providing leadership and guidance to all team members. The duties of the supervisor include: managing staff, providing leadership and development opportunities, and creating and maintaining a positive work environment while ensuring the organization’s goals are met. This is a working supervisor position, and the supervisor will be expected to work alongside staff when necessary and routinely on the weekend.
