We are seeking a skilled Floor Care Technician with a passion for high-quality finishes and a proven track record in hard surface floor maintenance. WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Perform expert-level floor maintenance including stripping, waxing, sealing, burnishing, and buffing of hard surface floors

  • Operate floor care equipment safely and effectively to maintain shine and durability

  • Ensure all work areas are cleaned to the highest standards with minimal disruption to operations

  • Follow site-specific protocols and maintain professionalism in a high-profile, secure environment

  • Collaborate with operational leaders to ensure nightly goals and expectations are met

  • Monitor equipment and supply levels, reporting any needs or issues promptly


What It Takes To Be Successful

 

  • Minimum of 3 years proven experience in professional floor care, specifically with hard floor surfaces

  • Expertise in stripping, waxing, buffing, and sealing using commercial-grade equipment

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence

  • Ability to work independently on an evening shift schedule

  • Must pass a site-specific evaluation process and background check

  • Physical ability to perform hands-on work for extended periods and lift equipment as needed

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred)
