Overview:
Tantus Technologies, Inc. (Tantus) - recognized by the Washington Post as a Top Workplace - is seeking an a Power Platform Architect to support a federal client.
Location: Hybrid role in Bethesda, MD. Clearance: This position supports a federal contract and requires the ability to pass a background check
What Youll do:
Architectural Design: Develop and maintain the architectural design and roadmap for Power Apps and Power Automate solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with organizational goals.
Solution Integration: Collaborate with Application Developers, SharePoint Administrator, and ITB team to design and oversee the integration of Power Platform solutions and other systems.
Technology Evaluation: Evaluate emerging technologies and industry standards related to Power Platform and recommend improvements.
Workflow Automation: Design and implement complex workflows and automation solutions using Power Automate, streamlining business processes.
Guidance and Recommendations: Provide oversight, guidance, and assistance to the Power Apps/SharePoint development team. Provide guidance to ITB on best practices for designing efficient and effective workflows. Offer recommendations for optimizing existing processes and identifying automation opportunities.
Programming Languages and Technologies: Proficiency in the Power Platform suite, and related Microsoft technologies for designing and implementing automation solutions.
Required knowledge and skills
Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or related fields
Min 7 years experience in a technical role
Experience with DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps
Agile/Scrum development methodology knowledge/experience
Abilities
Team player with excellent communication skills
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Nice to haves
NIH experience
Microsoft PL-500 Certification
Salary Range:
Salary range is $140,000-175,000/year. The salary range for this position reflects a variety of factors that influence compensation decisions, including skills, experience, training, certifications, and organizational needs.
