Job Description

Overview

Are you ready for what’s next, now?

We’re looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join our high-performing team in Alpharetta, GA. This is a newly created, high-impact role with the opportunity to build operational excellence from the ground up. You’ll play a pivotal role in streamlining sales processes, enhancing deal velocity, and partnering cross-functionally to drive revenue growth at scale.

About the Role

As a Sales Operations Manager, you’ll be a strategic partner to Sales, Finance, Legal, and Revenue leaders. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-growth environments, has a bias for action, and enjoys solving operational challenges that directly influence revenue performance. You’ll oversee deal execution, lead process optimization initiatives, and support the broader GTM strategy to improve sales effectiveness globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize the end-to-end sales process, from quote-to-cash workflows to system governance.
  • Lead and advise on pricing strategy
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales on deal structuring, policy interpretation, and process compliance—particularly for non-standard or complex deals.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product teams to review, approve, and operationalize commercial terms and pricing structures.
  • Monitor and improve data integrity across Salesforce and CPQ tools; identify system enhancements and process gaps.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics and deal trends, delivering insights that shape go-to-market decisions.
  • Help design and implement scalable processes and automation to support growth, improve efficiency, and reduce deal friction.
  • Lead sales policy rollout and change management in collaboration with Enablement and senior leadership.
  • Drive operational rigor by managing pipeline hygiene, quote quality, and CRM accuracy across regions and business units.
  • Act as a final checkpoint to ensure deals meet internal policies while maintaining speed and clarity for the field.

About You

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Deal Desk in a high-growth SaaS or B2B environment.
  • Strong command of Salesforce and CPQ (Salesforce CPQ preferred), with an understanding of validation logic, approval flows, and quote-to-cash frameworks.
  • Familiarity with SaaS pricing models, contract structures, and revenue recognition principles.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset—comfortable building dashboards and drawing insights from sales activity and deal metrics.
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear business decisions.
  • Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment where prioritization and adaptability are key.
  • Demonstrated ability to create structure in ambiguity and scale repeatable processes.
  • Passion for driving impact and removing blockers for the sales team.
