About the role

  • This position provides customer service support for Allsup Employment Services beneficiaries as it relates to the Social Security Administration"s Ticket to Work Program. The primary responsibility is to provide support in English and Spanish to customer through phone, email, and chat in a contact center setting.

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls
  • Effectively manage conversations
  • Build rapport and redirect conversation
  • Review correspondence
  • Complete conference calls when necessary
  • Complete necessary forms
  • Provide on-going education about the Social Security Administration Ticket-to-Work program and encourages on-going participation
  • Achieves performance targets

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience (HS Diploma or GED required)
  • One (1) to two (2) years' customer service
  • Ability to learn, retain and apply information
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast paced environment
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and customer relations skills
  • Must be flexible, adaptive and responsive to change
  • Highly motivated and target driven
