Overview

$52.11-$86.81 per hour, based on RN Degree and level of experience.

With your ICU clinical expertise, you'll be able to seamlessly integrate into all 4 Adult ICU areas, maintain your device competencies (ECMO, CRRT, IABP, etc), utilize your precepting skills and be a part of our Virtual ICU team! • 18 months recent adult critical care RN experience in a high-acuity critical care setting
• Associate or Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing from a program accredited by Commission of Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) or Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (CNEA)
• BSN preferred
• Associate Degree Nurses required to enroll in BSN program within 3 years of hire and complete within 5 years of hire.
• Current, unencumbered Oregon RN License
• BLS/ACLS must be issued by the American Heart Association (AHA) 
• BLS/ACLS must not expire during orientation or probation period, and must have the same expiration date (upload documentation with online application)
• Float to a variety of assigned units; sufficient time management, flexibility, and prioritization skills to float up to every 4 hours if necessary
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without accommodation

Department-Specific Preferences:
• 3 years critical care RN experience in a high-acuity critical care setting
• CCRN certification or other applicable critical care specialty certification
• Experience in a float pool
