Overview

We are seeking a Facility Manager to support our aftermarket repair and upgrade business in our Corpus Christi PRO Services shop located in Corpus Christi, TX. Building on centuries of pump design experience, PRO Services provides an array of services focuses on reducing equipment total cost of ownership and increasing plant output, including condition monitoring, predictive maintenance contracts, field service, engineered upgrades, inventory management, and overhauls for pumps and other rotating equipment.



Responsibilities

  • Achieve budgeted sales and operating income targets.
  • Full P&L responsibility, with experience in +$5M operations
  • Optimize the use of company assets to maximize profitability
  • Oversee the repair of the pumps, ensuring high-quality worksmanship and efficiency.
  • Approve estimates and quotations, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer requirements.
  • Lead all machine shop procedures and manage resources to meet customer expectations.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the business and
  • improve operational efficiency.
  • Analyze performance metrics and implement initiatives to drive results. 
  • Maintain and enforce compliance with ISO and ESH processes
  • Develop and manage the facility's quality plan to reduce rework and meet budgeted quality targets. 
  • Foster a culture of continuous process improvement. 
  • Manage all safety, health, and environmental (ESH) programs. 
  • Meet annual safety targets by promoting a safety-first culture and adhering to regulations. 
  • Supervise and develop the team.
  • Create and maintain a functioning succession plan and training process.
  • Foster talent development through coaching, training, and performance reviews.
  • Build strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and on-time performance.
  • Develop and imlement strategies to expand the customer base and grow the business. 


Qualifications



Education:

  • BS Engineering/related degree or equivalent education & experience.

Experience:

  • 10 years minimum experience in equipment repair industry.
  • Full P&L knowledge experience ($3M to $6M)
  • ESH & ISO process experience.
  • 2 to 5 years direct supervision of shop personnel

Other Skills/Knowledge/Experience:

  • Strong Rotating equipment product knowledge
  • Read complex drawings/diagrams.
  • Capable of leading all machine shop procedures.
