Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives from ideation through execution, using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
  • Analyze operational challenges, identify root causes, and design data-driven solutions that optimize business performance.
  • Build strong relationships across departments to influence change and drive alignment.
  • Establish KPIs, monitor performance metrics, and ensure sustainability of implemented improvements.
  • Act as a change agent, proactively identifying areas for improvement and advocating for smarter, more efficient ways of working.
  • Support the development and maturation of Operational Excellence practices across the company.


Qualifications



 

  • 2+ years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or a related field.
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering results across cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to challenge existing norms and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive work forward without direct supervision.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in the payments, fintech, or banking space is a plus.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
  • Experience working in or with customer service/call center operations is a plus.
