Warehouse Trainer - Days - Military veterans preferred

Pay Rate: £30,750+ Any Overtime

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Mon - Fri
Location: Northampton - NN4 9BD

We are looking for a MHE (Material Handling Equipment) Warehouse Trainer who will be responsible for ensuring warehouse staff are properly trained on the safe and effective use of MHE, including forklifts, reach trucks, and other equipment.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

• Identify, Co-ordinate and conduct all warehouse training requirements
• Produce and update training materials and packages
• Organise and deliver effective training event both in the classroom and on the job
• Conduct on the job inductions for new colleagues into the business
• Review, identify, plan and conduct ongoing training requirements for all colleagues on site
• Monitor and review the training effectiveness through questionnaires and management feedback
• Develop a culture of respect and high performance
• Promote DHL core values and act as a role model for teams and individuals
• Perform all the induction training for new colleagues
  

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

• Train the trainer qualification ( MHE Certified RTITB or ITSSAR or equivalent )
• Looking for some with widder skill set ( inbound & outbounds Picking, loading, unloading trailers, Tc57 scanners)
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
• Able to demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills
• Able to deal with competing demands in a busy environment
• Experence and knowledge in WMS - desirable
• Ok to work Mon -Fri , with occasional weekend and holiday cover
