The opportunity
User?centered design sits at the heart of every digital initiative we launch. We are looking for a Senior UX Consultant who can set strategy, lead design delivery and champion continuous improvement—turning complex requirements into seamless, business?ready experiences.
Grow together
Drive discovery – conduct interviews, contextual inquiries and analytics reviews to surface user and business needs.
Translate insights – create personas, user flows, wireframes and interactive prototypes that tell a clear design story.
Design intuitive UIs – deliver high?fidelity screens that balance efficiency, accessibility and brand standards.
Govern consistency – evolve and document design?system components and accessibility specs.
Audit & optimize – run heuristic reviews and competitive benchmarking; produce prioritized improvement roadmaps.
Lead the conversation – facilitate stakeholder workshops, present to mixed audiences and align UX strategy to enterprise KPIs.
Validate continuously – plan usability tests, analyze results and iterate for measurable impact.
Raise maturity – conduct UX?practice assessments, recommend change roadmaps and mentor peers on best practices.
Ready to embark on the journey? Here’s what we are looking for
Proven success as a?UX?Consultant or Designer for enterprise?grade software or complex IT systems is highly desirable.
Portfolio showcasing user?centered solutions, strategic thinking and measurable outcomes
Expert knowledge of research methods, interaction?design principles and accessibility standards
Mastery of Figma, Adobe?XD or similar prototyping tools
Strong analytical, facilitation and storytelling skills; able to influence senior stakeholders
Fluent English and the ability to manage multiple initiatives independently
