DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking an experienced First Line Manager / Team Leader to play a vital role managing a small team and providing support and escalation for the customer.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

  • Train, develop & support the Team with the fluidity needed for the changing needs of the Customer for Brexit / Customs documentation.
  • Ensure strong and effective relationships are maintained with both customer and team.
  • Achieve contractual daily, weekly & monthly KPIs.
  • Manage the team through succession planning, development, coaching and training.
  • Provide issue resolution and act as first point of escalation for the team.

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

  • Previous supervisor/management experience.
  • Customer relationship/service experience.
  • Experience in Administration, preferably Customs administration.
  • Computer Literacy.
  • Ability to lead and motivate.
