Join our AGS HR team as an HR Intern, where you will provide generalist support with HRBP processes and projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and undertake a broad range of HR tasks spanning across the HR lifecycle.

Role Purpose:

As an HR Intern, you will assist the HR team in various tasks and projects, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations. You will be responsible for reporting requirements and supporting the team in delivering high-quality HR services.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Provide generalist support to the HRBP processes and projects across the AGS HR team.
• Undertake a broad range of HR tasks throughout the HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of HR reports and data analysis to support decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with HR team members to implement HR initiatives and contribute to various HR projects.
• Support with administrative tasks related to HR functions as needed.

What are we looking for from you?

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn about HR practices and processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
