We are seeking a forward-thinking AI Engineer with deep expertise in Agentic AI systems and Generative AI to lead the development of autonomous, goal-driven AI agents and advanced GenAI applications. You will play a pivotal role in designing AI agents capable of planning, reasoning, and interacting in complex environments, while leveraging the latest LLMs and generative models for creative and functional outputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize autonomous AI agents that can plan, reason, and act toward complex goals.
• Build and fine-tune LLM-based agentic workflows
• Integrate external tools, APIs, and memory systems to enhance agent performance and autonomy.
• Develop generative AI models and pipelines for text, code, image, or multimodal content generation.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to embed AI capabilities
• Explore novel methods in chain-of-thought reasoning, tool-use, and self-improving AI.
• Ensure security, safety, and ethical guidelines are incorporated in AI agent behavior and outputs.

As a AI Software Engineer, having in depth knowledge of Python, Shell, LLMs, Advanced Chatbot implementation, Javascript, REST is a huge plus.

You are able to work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.
