Aptean’s North America Marketing Team is hiring a Campaign Manager, in Alpharetta, GA. responsible for developing and executing full-funnel, integrated marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and marketing-generated revenue within targeted markets.
You will be a key player in the development of demand generation and ABM-focused campaigns, leveraging multiple channels including paid media, content syndication, email marketing, customer events, webinars, and tradeshows. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Product Management to ensure alignment to business goals. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of marketing benchmarks and best practices, and thrives on both data and creative execution.
Lead and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, content syndication, advertising, social media, and events to generate pipeline and support business objectives.
Plan and manage customer events, webinars, and third-party sponsorships that align with campaign strategy and brand messaging.
Develop and manage account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns focused on driving quality leads and pipeline acceleration.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, and Product Management to ensure cohesive execution and message alignment.
Own product launch and customer marketing campaign execution for assigned Aptean solutions.
Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance; ensure budget adherence and demonstrate positive ROI.
Support broader demand generation and pipeline-building efforts as needed.
Bachelor’s degree required; marketing or business discipline preferred.
2–5 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in enterprise software or ERP/CRM/SCM markets. Experience in discrete manufacturing industries is a plus.
Strong understanding of B2B SaaS marketing strategies, particularly integrated campaigns and ABM.
Creative thinker with the ability to tailor messages to varied audiences.
Experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo preferred), CRM (Salesforce), and reporting tools (Power BI, 6sense, etc.).
Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel. Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
