Who We Need
Sabel Systems is seeking a Sr. Communications Lead to support a wide range of internal, external, and digital communications efforts. This role will partner closely with our existing communications team to enhance company messaging, brand visibility, and employee engagement through well-crafted content and media. The ideal candidate brings strong communication instincts, digital media experience, and a creative mindset to help us tell compelling stories about our mission, people, and impact.
What You’ll Do
???????Internal Communications
- Develop content for internal campaigns, executive messaging, newsletters, and employee engagement initiatives
- Collaborate across departments to support culture-building, onboarding, and change communications
- Ensure brand tone and voice are consistent across internal platforms
External Communications
- Draft press releases, case studies, capability statements, and other public-facing content
- Contribute to website updates and support broader digital content strategies
- Assist with thought leadership development and event communications
Social Media & Multimedia
- Create and manage engaging content across company social media channels, especially LinkedIn
- Contribute to multimedia content planning and production, including video, graphics, and photography
- Track and analyze engagement metrics to inform content strategy and optimize performance
Qualification:Job Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in a communications, media, or digital content role
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Premiere, After Effects) or comparable multimedia tools
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Sitecore)
- Ability to manage multiple projects, adapt quickly, and collaborate across teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting communications in a government, defense, or technology environment
- Familiarity with LinkedIn content strategies and engagement best practices
- Background in video production, broadcast media, or digital storytelling is a plus

Salary and Benefits
The range for this position is between $XXXXX and $XXXXX. Actual salary will be negotiated with this position’s Hiring Manager and can vary depending on the following factors: Billable contract and labor category, experience, skills, education /certifications/ licenses & geographic location.
