Position Summary:
We are seeking a Contract Management Specialist to join our Customer Success Operations Team. In this role, you will be partnered with the sales and Customer Success teams to maintain and grow customer relationships. You will work directly with customers to review and modify existing contracts and ensure accountability for customer satisfaction with key organizational partners.
