Revolution is now hiring for a Warehouse Shipping Manager in Oakdale, MN. The ideal candidate has excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills. The successful candidate will be a motivated individual who has strong attention to detail with high accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.

• Determine work procedures, prepare work schedules, and expedite workflow.
• Enter Purchase Order requisitions.
• Assign duties and examine work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures.
• Study and standardize procedures to improve the efficiency of workers.
• Interview, hire, and manage a team of 5 + warehouse employees.
• Confer with other managers outside of the distribution center to ensure coordination of additional functions such as production, inventory management, and quality assurance.
• Ensure correct shipment of domestic and international orders.
• Identify employees’ skills and develop them by coaching and counseling employees regularly.
• Stay within established budgeted freight dollars and cents per pound.
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and processes, and identify opportunities for improvement and accurate inventory management.
• Help with all other ad-hoc supply chain projects as needed.
• Monitor the performance of each freight provider.
• Help manage any paperwork requirements from freight providers (COI, Cert. of Operating Authority, Contracts).

• Bachelor's degree preferred with a minimum of three years of Shipping and Receiving Warehouse management experience.
• At least two years of forklift experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and other relevant software systems (I.e., SAP, JDE, AS400, Syteline, or other common ERP or WMS systems).
• Ability to perform in extreme temperatures.
• Must possess excellent listening, written, and oral communication skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to lead and manage multiple large-scale projects in high demand, fast-paced environment.
• Experience implementing procurement policies, processes, tools, and initiatives.
• Experience handling diverse and complex sourcing transactions.
• Must have a strong customer service focus.
• Be able to perform in high-stress environments with the ability to multi-task.
