Job Summary
The Department of Toxicology & Cancer Biology has an opening for a Research Associate Senior. The candidate will independently plan, perform, write-up, and present cancer biology experiments which includes, but not limited to: engineered cells, using cellular and molecular biochemistry technologies (including iPSCs culture, gene cloning, recombinant protein expression/purification, cell isolation/fusion, and reconstituting new mouse prostates upon genetically engineering some genes of interest.

A successful candidate will have several years of laboratory experience with particular emphasis on reconstituting a new mouse prostate upon genetically engineering some genes of interests. This position will educate and assist lab members within the Department of Toxicology & Cancer Biology lab on these unique mouse techniques.

Additional collaboration with multiple researchers in the lab, assisting with overseeing and training new lab members, general lab upkeep and maintenance, and helping the PI produce manuscripts and grant applications will be required.
