Responsibilities

This is a full-time remote position that can be located anywhere in the U.S. Applicants must have current and ongoing authorization to work in the US without employer sponsorship.

  • Handles cases related to fee schedules for workers' compensation and auto insurance received through Salesforce.
  • Works in Salesforce to keep tickets up to date.

  • Ensures compliance with fee schedules and state reporting.

  • Responds to customer product inquiries via telephone or in written internet-based email or chat sessions.


Qualifications

  • High School Diploma 
  • 1- 2 Years of Experience with Workers' Comp and Fee Schedules
  • CPT/HCPCS Coding knowledge required
  • General Medical Industry (Worker’s Compensation or Auto a plus)
  • Knowledge and understanding of basic Medical Billing practices and rules. 
  • Ability to change tasks/systems frequently.
