Job Functions:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop sales reporting tools to effectively communicate trends, patterns, root causes, and predictions in a visually appealing manner.
  • Design, develop, analyze and maintain Microsoft PowerBI (PBI) reports that provide actionable insights to support the sales team and Executive Leadership.
  • Create, support, validate and maintain underlying data structures, data transformation processes, and data models.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize our PBI reporting tools and adopt new industry technologies to develop our sales analytics strategy.
  • Providing ongoing training and support to end users to facilitate adoption of new on-demand PBI reporting tools and solutions for their analytical needs.
  • Collaborate with IT team to ensure the proper architecture and efficient integration of PBI with other systems and data sources.
  • Drive report consolidation/standardization and automate existing manual reports and processes.
  • Develop and maintain reports for sales team, channel partners, and customers that provide visibility into our supply chain and highlight areas for improvement.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2-4 years of related experience required in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence
  • Proficient to advanced MS Excel skills
  • Experience using business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Ability to create compelling data visualizations that communicate insights clearly and effectively
  • Experience working with large datasets and preparing them for analysis
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure data accuracy
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams

$80,000 - $90,000
