Responsibilities:

The Coordinator of Campus Visitation supports the planning and execution of University-hosted recruitment events, daily visit experiences, and early talent identification. Under the direction of the Associate Director of Admissions and Campus Visitation, the Coordinator will be present at the University’s recruitment events and will be directly responsible for planning the daily customized VIB Tours, Day in the Life Visits, Group Tours, and leading the University’s CASE Program that includes the summer on-campus experience. The Coordinator will also assist the Associate Director in training and supervising the 100+ student staff that support these recruitment events and activities. As a member of the Office of Residential Undergraduate Admissions, this position also assists with strategic planning, application review, and student outreach, as assigned by the Associate Director. This position will work occasional evenings and Saturdays throughout the year.

Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university is required. Excellent communication skills, including written, phone, and face to face interactions, are essential.

Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and be insurable by the University carrier, as position requires travel. Candidates are expected to work some nights and weekends as needed.
